Return Policy
All items are Final Sale.
We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
If your product is damaged please contact us: bastetbeautybrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE :
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned and refunded.
Refund
Once the damage is confirmed(at the discretion of seller) , we can either refund the buyer the full price of the product (not including shipping costs) or send a Gift card for that amount.
Lost or damaged package:
Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package.
Handmade items
All Bastet Beauty products are handmade, so there may be slight differences. Air bubbles in lip gloss are normal and are not considered damage or a defect.
